Send your username and a short description of your question. Use the payment receipt area in your account to activate or extend access.

When can I view the analyses?

After an administrator approves your account and activates your membership period. Registration alone does not unlock content.

How do I extend my membership?

Choose a plan in your account and submit a new payment receipt. After approval, the new period is added to your remaining membership.

I forgot my password.

Contact support to verify your account and restore access. If you are logged in, you can change your password in your account.

Does sharing a link reveal analyses?

Only an approved member with a valid session can open the link. Each account has one active login.
